Print Registration
These new systems are based upon leading-edge technology to provide a future proof investment and compliment the existing range of Tectonic Print Inspection and Tectonic Plate Mounting/Demounting systems.
The range of systems is designed to provide on-line detection and correction of registration errors by the use of high resolution cameras that are close-coupled to each print station so that the quality of a print run can be maintained.
All systems use patented Tectonic high-precision stepper motors to provide fast response and can operate in both single- and double-axis control, mode to provide very precise registration.
Registration marks are very small and can be hidden within grahical prints.
The range of systems has been designed to match each printer's registration requirements and provide an affordable solution.
All the range can operate as stand-alone systems and can be integrated into the Tectonic Jaguar Print Inspection systems.
